SLEEP­ex­pert is adapt­ed to pati­ents with insom­nia dis­or­der and tre­at­ment teams in rou­ti­ne cli­ni­cal care.

It is spe­ci­fi­cal­ly desi­gned for pati­ents with mul­ti­ple health pro­blems, such as com­or­bid men­tal or phy­si­cal dis­or­ders.

The pro­gram is struc­tu­red to allow imple­men­ta­ti­on with limi­t­ed resour­ces in out­pa­ti­ent, day cli­nic, or inpa­ti­ent care set­tings.
