With its <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/commission\/presscorner\/detail\/de\/ip_24_161\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">report of 15&nbsp;Janu\u00adary 2024<\/a>, the Euro\u00adpean Com\u00admis\u00adsi\u00adon con\u00adfirm\u00aded this ade\u00adqua\u00adcy decis\u00adi\u00adon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"kontaktadressen\">1. GDPR<\/a> for the pro\u00adces\u00adsing of spe\u00adcial cate\u00adgo\u00adries of per\u00adso\u00adnal data, in par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar with the con\u00adsent of the data sub\u00adjects.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Euro\u00adpean Gene\u00adral Data Pro\u00adtec\u00adtion Regu\u00adla\u00adti\u00adon&nbsp;(GDPR) refers to the pro\u00adces\u00adsing of sen\u00adsi\u00adti\u00adve per\u00adso\u00adnal data as the pro\u00adces\u00adsing of spe\u00adcial cate\u00adgo\u00adries of per\u00adso\u00adnal data <a href=\"https:\/\/www.datenschutzpartner.ch\/dsgvo\/dsgvo-9\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">(Art.&nbsp;9 GDPR)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"art-umfang-zweck\">3. Natu\u00adre, scope and pur\u00adpo\u00adse of the pro\u00adces\u00adsing of per\u00adso\u00adnal data<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We pro\u00adcess the per\u00adso\u00adnal data that are <em>neces\u00adsa\u00adry<\/em> to car\u00adry out our acti\u00advi\u00adties and ope\u00adra\u00adti\u00adons in a sus\u00adtainable, user-friendly, secu\u00adre and relia\u00adble man\u00adner. The per\u00adso\u00adnal data pro\u00adces\u00adsed may fall in par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar into the cate\u00adgo\u00adries of brow\u00adser and device data, con\u00adtent data, com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon data, meta\u00adda\u00adta, usa\u00adge data, master data inclu\u00adding inven\u00adto\u00adry and cont\u00adact data, loca\u00adti\u00adon data, tran\u00adsac\u00adtion data, con\u00adtract data and payment data. The per\u00adso\u00adnal data may also con\u00adsti\u00adtu\u00adte sen\u00adsi\u00adti\u00adve per\u00adso\u00adnal data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We also pro\u00adcess per\u00adso\u00adnal data that we recei\u00adve from third par\u00adties, obtain from publicly acces\u00adsi\u00adble sources or coll\u00adect in the cour\u00adse of our acti\u00advi\u00adties and ope\u00adra\u00adti\u00adons, inso\u00adfar as such pro\u00adces\u00adsing is per\u00admit\u00adted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Whe\u00adre neces\u00adsa\u00adry, we pro\u00adcess per\u00adso\u00adnal data with the con\u00adsent of the data sub\u00adjects. In many cases, we may pro\u00adcess per\u00adso\u00adnal data wit\u00adhout con\u00adsent, for exam\u00adp\u00adle to com\u00adply with legal obli\u00adga\u00adti\u00adons or to safe\u00adguard over\u00adri\u00adding inte\u00adrests. Such third par\u00adties may include, for exam\u00adp\u00adle, spe\u00adcia\u00adli\u00adsed pro\u00advi\u00adders who\u00adse ser\u00advices we use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In the con\u00adtext of our acti\u00advi\u00adties and ope\u00adra\u00adti\u00adons, we may dis\u00adc\u00adlo\u00adse per\u00adso\u00adnal data in par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar to banks and other finan\u00adcial ser\u00advice pro\u00advi\u00adders, aut\u00adho\u00adri\u00adties, edu\u00adca\u00adtio\u00adnal and rese\u00adarch insti\u00adtu\u00adti\u00adons, con\u00adsul\u00adtants and lawy\u00aders, inte\u00adrest groups, IT ser\u00advice pro\u00advi\u00adders, coope\u00adra\u00adti\u00adon part\u00adners, cre\u00addit agen\u00adci\u00ades and busi\u00adness infor\u00adma\u00adti\u00adon ser\u00advices, logi\u00adstics and ship\u00adping com\u00adpa\u00adnies, mar\u00adke\u00adting and adver\u00adti\u00adsing agen\u00adci\u00ades, media, parent, sister and sub\u00adsi\u00addia\u00adry com\u00adpa\u00adnies, orga\u00adni\u00adsa\u00adti\u00adons and asso\u00adcia\u00adti\u00adons, social insti\u00adtu\u00adti\u00adons, tele\u00adcom\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adti\u00adons com\u00adpa\u00adnies, insu\u00adrance com\u00adpa\u00adnies and payment ser\u00advice pro\u00advi\u00adders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"kommunikation\">5. Com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We pro\u00adcess per\u00adso\u00adnal data in order to com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adte with indi\u00advi\u00addu\u00adals as well as with aut\u00adho\u00adri\u00adties, orga\u00adni\u00adsa\u00adti\u00adons and com\u00adpa\u00adnies. In doing so, we pro\u00adcess in par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar data that a data sub\u00adject pro\u00advi\u00addes to us when cont\u00adac\u00adting us, for exam\u00adp\u00adle by post or e\u2011mail. We may store such data in an address book or with com\u00adpa\u00adra\u00adble tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Third par\u00adties who trans\u00admit data about other per\u00adsons to us are obli\u00adged to ensu\u00adre the data pro\u00adtec\u00adtion of tho\u00adse data sub\u00adjects them\u00adsel\u00adves. In par\u00adti\u00adcu\u00adlar, they must ensu\u00adre that such data are accu\u00adra\u00adte and that they are per\u00admit\u00adted to trans\u00admit them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We use sel\u00adec\u00adted ser\u00advices from sui\u00adta\u00adble pro\u00advi\u00adders to enable and impro\u00adve com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon with indi\u00advi\u00addu\u00adals and other com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon part\u00adners. With such ser\u00advices, we may also mana\u00adge and other\u00adwi\u00adse pro\u00adcess the data of data sub\u00adjects bey\u00adond direct com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adca\u00adti\u00adon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"sicherheit\">6. Data secu\u00adri\u00adty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We take appro\u00adpria\u00adte tech\u00adni\u00adcal and orga\u00adni\u00adsa\u00adtio\u00adnal mea\u00adsu\u00adres to ensu\u00adre a level of data secu\u00adri\u00adty appro\u00adpria\u00adte to the respec\u00adti\u00adve risk.
